SPN rewatch

citrus_javaYou know, like the first time around, I still find myself surprised sometimes when the boys don't kiss. I don't mean I'm watching and marveling at their get-a-room-iness. I just watch, and follow the plot, and they look at each other or lean into each other and it's completely natural and I don't really notice it, and they *don't kiss*, and that is when I notice something is weird.
This isn't even fandom's influence , I experienced that watching before joining fandom.
And I have to say that J2 can be "just" friends 5evah, but the thing sizzling between them involves such physical desire, it's not just pleasant, it's desire, it's a passion, of whatever kind it is. ETA: I mean, they're really into touching each other, they want it, they're invested in it, they keep doing it, that's there. Regardless of why they're like that, they are. And that's beautiful and not normative.
