It is so so so much better than whole days of crying, they they sometimes talk about. I like to think at the end of that day they felt warm and comforted and happy. Then again, I suppose for them, hugging is not that unusual. Still :-)
OMGYES! I keep bouncing between "OMG, men hugging cause of love and squichy feelings that aren't romantic or sexual" and "OMG, they moved like they were going to kiss, they held each other like, it looked like- OMG". And not all hugs look like that. .
Anyway. Both options are really really good :-) :-) :-)
I am definitely for both options, Dean because he realised all Charlie wanted was for her mother to know she loved her and even though she will have known before the accident Charlie couldn't tell her and I think Dean wasn't ever going to take that chance again with Sam, so he stomped over, and he really stomped just grabbed him and let him know the Winchester way.
And the other, Sam if you're going to hug a guy you don't slide your hands around their waist and then up their back with you fingers splayed.
