fic stealing update?

Mine's gone too. Seems like pretty much everyone's is. My bet is that the bots were supposed to steal published works that could be sold at a discount. The site runners didn't actually want fan fic, since it's free in the first place. Once its presence on their site started to cause them a problem in terms of complaints they took it down.

I think they got deluged by a ton of emails from pissed off grrrl ficcers and they realized they didn't want to deal with it. So yay!
