I've been catching up on some Smallville, cause Jensen, and thought I'd share some of the slashy prettiness. Caps aren't the best quality, but hopefully fun. Pretty heavy. This is only from the first 9 episodes of season 4 (have only watched that far), but there are some vague spoilers for them.

So, Jason falls out of a window and Clark catches him.

Jason's reaction to finding Clark chained, mostly naked and aroused.

Jason telling Clark to show him what he's got.

And watching what Clark's got.

Jason coming over to make sure Clark is feeling well.

And sometimes they fight...

People keep touching him.
And just pretty.

I guess like he wants their approval, maybe, the way he tilts his head disarmingly, the angry somewhat protective glare, even the way he says "I don't know" and the way he gives Lana the flowers - just shoves them at her like Castiel's coat...
I love Dean!

Date: 2013-04-01 09:02 am (UTC)Yeah, it's really *really* slashy. I especially like the Luthors, who just flirt across the board, especially Lionel. One of Glover's acting methods is touching a lot, I suppose in order to make the reality around him grounded or to react to it - or just cause h knows how slashy he is. He put so much subtext into his interactions with Martha, they turned it into canon (unless they'd planned it all a season in advance? Who knows...?).
Bu the show was definitely not proud of its slashiness, the writers bitched about it, and probably intentionally wrote fewer scenes in which Clark and Lex talk about their feelings (used o have those in most episodes) to discourage it.
Dark Angel Jensen... hmm... might have to try to watch that show 8again*. Perhaps just his scenes...
