citrus_javaHow come I've never read fic in which, say, Dean, finally just grabs Sam and kisses him, and Sam never loved Dean like *that*. And they spend a couple of days halfheartedly trying to figure out what supernatural thing made Dean do that (as we know, fandom can provide a very long list*). And find nothing, really, but resolutely decide it was this psychic shapeshiftery witch. Two states away. And don't mention it again for years.

Probably for the same reason that even as I write this, I'm thinking about how years and years in the future, they talk about it and everything's OK again, one way or another.
