citrus_javaIn some of my older fandoms, we used to try to convince, make a case for our boys being heartbroken when their boys left them and such. In so many of today's fandoms - it's canon. I really like that. Guys can be meaningful to each other in canon, can be life partners even.
It leaves the argument to be about whether or not it's a loving sexual relationship, or an awesome non-sexual partnership - and I love both options a whole lot.
