citrus_javaPart of my costume for the Purim party was Dean from LARP and the Real Girl, face paint, bad blonde wig, uncomfortable boots - and the amulet, since it was my costume and I got to call the shots :)
Turned out no one had watched that far, even the fans were stuck in the bog of The Episodes That Never Happened.
I clearly need new, more fannishly obsessed friends.
On the way home, though, a woman passing by in a car beaned at me as if I were made of butterflies, and that made it a little better :)
