I gotta actually watch this ep instead of just spoiling myself for it. (Not seen anything past 8x02.) It sounds all sorts of awesome, but pathetic Ellie, being pathetic, cannot come around to the idea of watching things out of order. This despite having started with 4x01 and (mostly) caught up with S4 on the CW that summer while blasting through the S1-S3 DVDs.

The word's meaning of 'pathetic' or 'not good enough' or the like relies on the word's meaning of 'having a mobility disability', and conflating the two meanings insults and demeans people with mobility disabilities.
