A number of the cast members--like Osric Chau and Ruth Connell--have participated as scavenger hunters for the event, actually! But you're right, re: Random Acts itself, I don't believe anyone besides Misha is involved in any admin stuff. (Though both Gen and Danneel have been asked to write scavenger hunt items.)
